As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your personal tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Please note that delivery time depends on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays such as peak times, traffic or weather conditions.
We accept no responsibility for address errors, lost packages or delivery delays after your package has left our warehouse.
We do not currently offer express shipping.

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which you can use to track the current location of your package.
Alternatively, you can also check the status at any time via our " Track Order " page.
We are pleased to announce that we will soon be able to offer you even more detailed tracking features, so that you can keep track of the status of your delivery at all times.

Currently, we only offer deliveries within Switzerland.
However, we are working on expanding our shipping options so that we can offer orders to other European countries in the near future.

We recommend always including a tracking number with returns to ensure they arrive safely.
Ordering & Shipping Process
You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order.
Your order will usually be processed within 2 days . Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email so you can track your package on our tracking page. You will receive another notification once your package has been delivered.
Cancel & change orders
Our team works very efficiently and quickly to process orders.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once the order has been placed.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact support@lunario.ch immediately.
Delayed & lost orders
Although rare, delays can occur. We apologize in such cases and are working closely with our shipping partners to deliver your package as quickly as possible.
If your order is delayed, please first check your delivery address for any errors.
If your order has been in transit for more than 30 days , please contact us at support@lunario.ch .
If your order has been marked as "Delivered," please check your surroundings (neighbors, entrance area, drop-off location). Wait at least three business days before filing a complaint with your local delivery service. If your package is still missing after that, please contact us within seven business days at support@lunario.ch .
Missing or incorrect items
If you have received the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us within three working days of receiving your package at support@lunario.ch .
Please provide your order number, a photo of the received items, and the shipping label. Our team will review the case together with our packaging team and shipping partners.

Lunarios lifetime color guarantee
If you experience a problem with the gold or silver color, you can submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you are entitled to a replacement or a voucher for the shop.
Gifted jewelry is only eligible for credit. Refunds are calculated based on the discount applied at the time of ordering.
Keep all previously damaged items for future warranty claims.
The item must have been purchased on lunario.ch .
Mystery products and free gifts are excluded from the warranty. Lunario reserves the right to refuse warranty claims.

Lunario's guarantee for defective or damaged items
If you have received a defective or damaged item due to a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a claim.
Once approved, you are entitled to a replacement or a credit note in the shop.
