How do I return my item?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs; please send the item with tracking.

Upon receipt, the refund or voucher will be issued within 2-7 working days.
For bundles or promotions, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally.
Gifts, free items and gift cards are non-refundable.

For returns: send an email to support@lunario.ch with your order number and the items in question.

Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and is water-resistant. However, we recommend gently drying it after contact with water to preserve its shine in the long term.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, nickel-free and hypoallergenic materials - carefully tested for skin compatibility and durability.

Do I need to create an account?

No - you can also order as a guest at Lunario.

Creating an account is voluntary, but it offers you some advantages:

  • Faster orders on your next purchase
  • Overview of your previous orders
  • Ability to view shipping status and order history

If you wish, you can easily create your account at checkout or via the login page.

What are the advantages of having a Lunario account?

With a Lunario account, you can manage your orders easily and clearly.

  • Saved delivery and billing addresses for faster checkout

I can't log in - what should I do?

If you are unable to log in, please first check that you are using the correct email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page.

You will then receive an email with a link to set a new password.

If you do not receive an email, please also check your spam or advertising folder.

If the problem persists, please contact us at support@lunario.ch - our team will help you quickly and easily.

How can I change my saved address?

You can adjust your saved delivery and billing addresses at any time in your Lunario account.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to "Addresses" in the menu.
  3. Select the address you want to change, or add a new address.

The changes will be saved automatically and taken into account in your next order.

If you have already placed an order and would like to change the address afterwards, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lunario.ch - as long as your package has not yet been shipped, we can adjust it.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your Lunario account, please send us an email to support@lunario.ch with the subject "Delete account".

For data protection reasons, we require written confirmation from the email address used to create your account.

Upon receipt of your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our system.

Please note that for legal reasons, completed orders and invoices will not be deleted, but will be archived anonymously.

Is my personal data secure?

Yes - protecting your data is our highest priority.

All information you entrust to us will be transmitted exclusively in encrypted form and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR & Swiss Data Protection Act).

We only use your data to process orders, handle payments securely, and send you news or exclusive offers if you wish.

Your data will never be sold to third parties or used for other purposes.
