RETURNS & EXCHANGES

14-day return window

You can return items purchased on lunario.ch within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or voucher. All returns must be approved by us before shipment.

Condition of returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gift wrapping).

Return shipping costs

Please note that while we are happy to issue refunds or vouchers, we do not cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs and providing a tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds

After a successful return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are calculated based on the discount applied to your order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

We offer vouchers if you wish to exchange one item for another. After a successful return, you will receive a personalized code. All exchanges are final.

Gift sales

Gift items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for gift vouchers. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

If returned together: Receive a full refund or voucher for the entire bundle.
If returned separately: Receive a proportional refund or voucher based on the price of the individual item.

- Buy 2, get 1 free - Action sets
If returned together: Receive a full refund or voucher for the entire set.
If returned separately:
K2E1: Receive an 80% refund or voucher based on the full value of each item after applying the promotion.

- Surprise products and free gifts
Surprise products and free gifts are non-returnable.
